NHIT has adapted the Walk NH challenge into a six-week challenge to encourage our members and their families to get outside and get moving during the spring. Participation in this challenge will be tracked on the Healthy Life Portal. Those who would like to participate in the challenge but do not have a pedometer can contact NHIT directly and will be sent a generic pedometer for the challenge.
