What People Are Saying
“The entire NHIT team is wonderful! I reach out to them regularly looking for an answer to a question or to resolve an issue!! Sometimes it involves an employee or retiree who is looking for an answer or a temporary ID. They get back to me or the individual quickly, which is very much appreciated, and makes my job easier.
We have also had great feedback from our employees about the NHIT Benefit Programs – Wellness, Reduce My Costs, Doctor on Demand and the EAP.”
– City of Laconia
“NHIT’s staff provides excellent customer service, and training for our staff. This talented group has provided great education to the employees to assist them in managing/using their health benefits, which has helped our employees to manage their out of pocket health care costs. The NHIT staff has also provided plan guidance and wellness training, which has again benefited the employees. This outstanding customer service is a great value to our small community.”
– Town of New Durham
“The districts of SAU 9 (Conway, Jackson, Eaton, etc.) have been with the New Hampshire Interlocal Trust since its inception, and their customer service is just outstanding! They’re big enough to handle our relatively large number of participants, but still small enough to allow us a personal connection with everyone at the NHIT office. As a North Country district, I was concerned about receiving the attention needed during the transition, plan changes, etc. but they’ve consistently made us feel like we’re right next door.”
