The Daily Break – Live Video Stretch Breaks and Meditation Sessions

As we find ourselves juggling work, family, isolation and uncertainty. The Trust Work-Life Assistance Program invites you to The Daily Break! Each weekday until October 23, we will provide a stretch break (15 minutes) and a meditation session (10 minutes).
Registration is free. Register each week by clicking on the event link below. Participate as often as you’d like. Family members are welcome!
Stretch Breaks
In these sessions participants will be guided through a gentle 15-minute stretch program geared toward relieving muscular aches and pains, as well as ergonomic tips to help make you as comfortable as possible at your workstation. The stretch break will help you feel relaxed, renewed and refreshed!

Mini-Meditation Session
Meditation can help quiet our thoughts of worry, anxiety and stress. Learn different meditation techniques, including mindfulness, breathing techniques and guided imagery. Leave each session with increased clarity and calm.
