Trust Administration

We work to reduce the administrative burden of employee health insurance plans for public sector administrators. We also provide advice and administrative support services to employer group administrators for day to day assistance.

What We Offer

We help in responding to coverage & claims related questions, resolving any claims-related disputes and assistance with Affordable Care Act Compliance. As an Interlocal Trust member group, direct retiree & NHRS billing, FSA/HRA & COBRA Administration and RDS Program assistance are included at no additional cost.

Member Services

The Member Services Team provides assistance in responding to coverage and claims related questions, helping to resolve any claims-related disputes and works directly with Employees and Employers during Open Enrollment.

Enrollment & Billing

The Enrollment & Billing Team works directly with Interlocal Trust Member Groups to assist with invoicing, eligibility, ID card requests, enrollment, terminations and changes, as well as COBRA Administration assistance.

Retiree Invoicing

Direct Retiree and NHRS billing options are provided by the Enrollment & Billing Team. The Interlocal Trust works directly with the New Hampshire Retirement System (and individual retirees if applicable) to collect retiree premiums.

RDS Program Assistance

The Member Services Team assists Interlocal Trust Member Groups with application, attestation and data processing for the Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) Program offered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

ACA Training & Assistance

The Member Services Team coordinates Affordable Care Trainings and updates to Interlocal Trust Member Groups. All 1095 and IRS Reporting (form preparation & mailing) is performed for all Member Groups.

Benefit Account Management

Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Plan Administration, as well as COBRA Administration are administered through the Interlocal Trust’s preferred vendor.
